Q: What's the difference between self-booking and requesting a quote? A: Self-booking through TripleSeat Direct lets you instantly reserve standard party packages for up to 75 guests - pick your date, time, space, and food/drink packages online. Request a custom quote if you need 75+ guests, want to customize beyond standard packages, or have special requirements. Both options get you the same great service! Q: What's included in the rental fee? A: All private events include dedicated event coordination, your reserved space, tables and chairs, basic setup, full bar service with Aslin beers, and access to our Izzi Pizza catering menu (at most locations). Sound system availability varies by location and space. Q: How does pricing work? A: Each location has unique pricing based on the space, day of week, and time of day. All events require a venue rental fee plus a food & beverage minimum. When you self-book, you'll see pricing instantly. For custom quotes, our events team will provide detailed pricing within 24-48 hours. Q: How far in advance should I book? A: We recommend booking 2-3 months in advance for most events, especially for weekends. Holiday parties should be booked even earlier (4-6 months). However, we can often accommodate last minute requests - just reach out! Q: Can I bring outside food or alcohol? A: Outside alcohol is not permitted. For food, we strongly encourage using our Izzi Pizza catering, but some locations allow outside catering with prior approval. We do allow cakes and desserts for special occasions. Contact your event coordinator for specific location policies. Q: Do you offer nonprofit or corporate discounts? A: Yes! We offer a 15% discount on 5 or more cases for nonprofit partners, corporate events, and weddings/large offsite events. Reach out to the manager at your preferred location to discuss. Q: Can I do a site visit before booking? A: Absolutely! We encourage site visits. Just mention it in your booking request and our events team will coordinate a time for you to see the space and meet with a coordinator. Q: What's your cancellation policy? A: Cancellation policies vary by location and are outlined in your event contract. Generally, we require notice 30+ days in advance for full refunds. Your event coordinator will review all policies during the booking process. Q: What about decorations and setup? A: You're welcome to bring decorations! We just ask no glitter, confetti, or helium balloons. Nothing can be hung with nails, staples, or permanent adhesive. We provide basic setup, and you're responsible for decoration setup/cleanup within your event timeframe.
