Wraparound Eyes, our collaboration with our friends @sapwoodcellars is a juicy hazy Double IPA brewed with Sauvignon Blanc grape juice. This beer was double dry-hopped with Nelson & El Dorado. We used a new cryo blend in the whirlpool donated by our friends @yakimachief that contributes intense tropical fruit notes. This new cryo blend was developed with survivable bio-transforming compounds* in mind. The final product reminds us of a passion fruit & orange mimosa, with notes of pineapple, lychee & lemon-lime.
