Collaboration with Casa Agria, is a two year old spontaneously fermented petite saison, barrel-fermented & aged, & conditioned on Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. We performed a carbonic maceration on the grapes for three weeks prior to racking beer on top of the grapes. The result is light acidity & tannins, with flavors of plum, black cherry, blackberry, light warm spice, vanilla, & black pepper. 6.9% ABV $30 per 750 ml bottle
