A mixed-culture saison barrel-fermented with our house yeast for 14 months in French Red Wine puncheons, & conditioned on Cabernet Franc grapes from our friends at Old Westminster Winery! The Cab Franc grapes received a carbonic maceration for three weeks prior to racking beer on top of the grapes. The result is medium acidity & tannins, & flavors of red raspberry, sweet strawberries, & mint.
